長實中半山超級豪宅21 BORRETT ROAD第1期獲名人購貨後，項目昨日隨即加推單位，於本周六起標售。
該項目昨日發出新一份銷售安排，推出20樓1室以招標方式發售，單位面積2945方呎，為5房間隔，為項目面積最大的標準戶型之一，亦是同類單位推出標售的最高樓層，料售價有機會創同類型單位新高，招標期由本周六（11日）起至本月17日，據招標文件顯示，該單位每月管理費為28890元，即每方呎約9.8元。
整個21 BORRETT ROAD第1期共提供115伙，面積2075至3378方呎，迄今累售32伙，套現逾65億。

The bidding period starts from this Saturday (11th) to the 17th of this month. According to the bidding documents, the monthly management fee of this unit is $28,890, which is about $9.8 per square foot.
The entire 21 BORRETT ROAD Phase 1 provides a total of 115 units with an area of 2,075 to 3,378 square feet. So far, 32 units have been sold, and the cash income has exceeded 6.5 billion.
