【New transaction】Bisney Crest sells 1 more 3-bedroom unit for $60 million

華懋集團發展的薄扶林碧麗軒繼昨日連錄2宗成交後，今再沽1伙，屬低座2樓及3樓17室，實用面積1,640平方呎，3房間隔，連669平方呎平台及75平方呎天台，連同車位以6,000萬元沽出，呎36,585元。
據成交紀錄冊顯示，該盤至今累售3伙，套現逾2.23億元。

After 2 consecutive transactions of Bisney Crest units in Pok Fu Lam developed by Chinachem Group, it has sold 1 more unit today. It is the 17th room on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the lower block, with a usable area of 1,640 square feet, 3-bedroom partitions, and a 669-square-foot platform. And the 75-square-foot rooftop, together with the parking space, was sold for $60 million, or $36,585 per square foot.
According to the transaction record, 3 units have been sold so far, and more than $223 million has been cashed out.
