    天寶大廈3房套 大幅減11%2404萬沽出

    樓市前景未明朗。加上美國進入加息週期,買家入市態度轉審慎。其中北角半山天寶大廈A座低層A室,實用面積1141平方呎,建築面積1280平方呎,3房套間隔,景觀開揚,可望少部份海景。業主年初叫價2700萬元,最終大幅減價11%以2404萬元將單位易手,折合平均實用呎價21069元。原業主於2018年12月以2100萬元買入單位,持貨3年多,帳面獲利304萬元,單位升值14%。
