碧麗軒連沽兩伙 複式大宅1.02億易手
Bisney Crest sells two units, a duplex unit sold for $102 million
由華懋發展的薄扶林碧麗軒,首度錄得成交,並以招標形式連環沽出2伙,其中包括複式單位01室,實用面積2646平方呎,屬項目面積最大的複式戶,屬4套房間隔,位於地下及1樓,連同地下停車位10號以1.02億元易手,平均實用面積呎價38549元。
另一宗成交為複式單位18室,實用面積為1602平方呎,屬3房套房間隔,另連638平方呎平台,連同地下停車位22號以6,130萬元沽出,平均實用面積呎價38265元。
華懋集團銷售部總監吳崇武表示,項目自開始招標後一直備受市場關注,吸引具實力之準住客及投資者。是次成交造價理想,集團對銷售非常有信心,相信項目將會受市場追捧,並將密切留意市場需求,而考慮招標加推下一批單位。碧麗軒由5座獨立洋房,以及16個複式戶組成,共提供21伙。

Another transaction was a duplex unit 18 with a usable area of 1,602 square feet, which is a 3-bedroom suite, with a platform of 638 square feet, together with the underground parking space No. 22 sold for $61.3 million, with an average saleable area price of $38,265 per square foot .
Mr Ng, Director of Sales Department of Chinachem Group, said that the project has been attracting market attention since the tendering began, attracting powerful prospective residents and investors. The transaction cost is ideal. The Group is very confident in the sales. It is believed that the project will be sought after by the market. It will pay close attention to the market demand and consider bidding for the next batch of units. Bisney Crest consists of 5 independent houses and 16 duplex units, providing a total of 21 units.
