由華懋發展的薄扶林碧麗軒，首度錄得成交，並以招標形式連環沽出2伙，其中包括複式單位01室，實用面積2646平方呎，屬項目面積最大的複式戶，屬4套房間隔，位於地下及1樓，連同地下停車位10號以1.02億元易手，平均實用面積呎價38549元。
另一宗成交為複式單位18室，實用面積為1602平方呎，屬3房套房間隔，另連638平方呎平台，連同地下停車位22號以6,130萬元沽出，平均實用面積呎價38265元。
華懋集團銷售部總監吳崇武表示，項目自開始招標後一直備受市場關注，吸引具實力之準住客及投資者。是次成交造價理想，集團對銷售非常有信心，相信項目將會受市場追捧，並將密切留意市場需求，而考慮招標加推下一批單位。碧麗軒由5座獨立洋房，以及16個複式戶組成，共提供21伙。
