謝霆鋒舊鄰居賣半山豪宅勁賺267倍 逾6萬變出過千萬

藝人謝霆鋒早年偕父即人稱「四哥」的謝賢以900萬元沽出西半山美麗閣一個連天台戶，帳面賺超過4成，事隔約16年，同廈一個昔日鄰居、早年以一手價入市的業主，最新以1,800萬元沽貨，帳面賺幅更以百倍計，創屋苑近年最大賺幅。
美麗閣低層C室，實用面積1,215平方呎，3房間隔，裝修尚算企理，望樓景為主，原業主屬一名已退休的長者，今年4月下旬以1,900萬元放售，短短約1個月，速減至以1,800萬元沽出，呎價14,815元。
雖然上址造價較開價大減「1球」，但該長者早於1969年12月以6.72萬元一手購入，持貨逾半世紀，帳面仍勁賺1793.28萬元，大幅升值267倍。
