科達嘉慧園2.45億獲洽
Coda Grenville House was negotiated for $245 million

消息指，由科達地產持有的中半山嘉慧園E座連天台戶，獲準買家以2.45億洽至尾聲，單位面積3349方呎，另連天台逾3000方呎，呎價約7.31萬，若成功以洽購價易手，料創屋苑成交價及呎價新高。

According to the news, the block E of Mid-levels Grenville House with rooftop households, held by Koda Property, has been approved by the buyer for $245 million. The unit area is 3,349 square feet, and the rooftop is more than 3,000 square feet. The price is about $73,100 per square foot. If it succeeds in changing hands at the negotiated purchase price, it is expected to create a new high for the housing estate’s transaction price and price per square foot.
