廖創興家族成員6650萬購中半山豪宅 原業主損手360萬

資料顯示,原業主早於2014年以約6,730萬元購入,是次易手帳面蝕讓約80萬元,若連釐印費(286萬元)計,估計實質損失約366萬元。
