土地註冊處資料顯示，鴨脷洲南灣8座中層B室，實用面積1052平方呎，原則屬於1房間隔，屬於銀主盤，原本叫價2300萬元放售，2月底曾以2188萬元售出，惟買方未有如期完成交易。銀行再減價38萬元以2150萬元售出。
相關交易剛剛於土地註冊處登記，新買家為石佩藍（ stephnie）為麻雀館大王石鑑輝家族成員，其兄長為麻雀館太子爺石恆聰（Anthony），與紅歌星蔡卓妍（阿Sa）拍拖兩年多，有傳好事近。
資料顯示，石佩藍近年於銀主2015年便以2800萬元，購入九龍塘畢架山一號一個銀主盤，故是次入市南灣須支付樓價15%辣招稅，涉稅約322.5萬元。

According to the data, Shek Pui Nam Stephnie purchased a mortgagee sale unit at No. 1 Beacon Hill in Kowloon Tong for $28 million in 2015. Therefore, she has to pay 15% of the property price in Larvotto this time, $3.225 million.
