早前新地(00016)司徒拔道豪宅Central Peak呎價10.39萬元創東半山新高,同區有小業主聯合放售豪宅地盤,其中東半山司徒拔道2號豪宅物業100%不可分割業權,現推出市場招標,並於7月14日截止。市場估計,項目市值約10億元,實用呎價約6.6萬元水平。。
