豪宅租務市場向好，一些豪宅新盤項目亦受到租客追捧，近期均錄得大額租務成交。北角維港頌7座中層A室於今月初租出，單位1420方呎，4房套間隔，坐享單邊開揚海景，以83000元將單位租出，呎租58元。業主於2017年4月以4999萬買入，持貨4年，租金回報2厘。資料顯示，上述成交月租屬近期新高。
