前藝人莫家堯2315萬買跑馬地豪宅
Former artist Mok Kai Yiu Edward bought a unit in Happy Valley for $23.15 million
淡出娛樂圈多年的藝人莫家堯，近年從商打理家族生意。據了解，莫家堯最近斥2,315萬元購入跑馬地金山花園一個「鳳凰樓層」的豪宅單位，實用呎價2.54萬元。
位於雲地利道35號的金山花園，樓齡約39年，據資料顯示，近日屋苑A座一個「鳳凰樓層」單位，實用面積910平方呎，剛以2,315萬元沽出，新買家為莫家堯(MOK KAI YIU EDWARD)，跟曾經拍攝《刑事偵緝檔案III》、《陀槍師姐》等的無綫前藝人莫家堯中英文名相同。
金山花園買賣交投不多，對上一單為同座的高層3室，單位面積相同，今年2月以2,260萬元成交，跟莫家堯今次購入單位的造價僅相差2%左右，反映今次莫家堯購入單位屬市價水平。
莫家堯在演藝學院畢業，早在1990年已經加入亞視，曾經在《點解阿Sir係隻鬼》擔當男主角，其後「過檔」無綫則主要擔任綠葉角色為主，包括在《倚天屠龍記》中擔任殷梨亭，在《鑑證實錄》、《刑事偵緝檔案》擔任「變態殺手」角色，但莫家堯早在2005年已經淡出幕前從商，主力打理家族電子產品生意。

The unit purchased by Edward Mok is at the market price level.
