立法會秘書長陳維安4750萬沽嘉雲臺3房 創近年新高

樓市轉旺，立法會秘書長陳維安夫婦趁勢沽貨止賺，剛以4,750萬元賣出跑馬地嘉雲臺一個豪宅單位，呎價近3.7萬元，創屋苑約3年呎價新高。
據消息人士透露，由陳維安夫婦持有的嘉雲臺單位屬8座中層A室，實用面積1,300平方呎，3房間隔，望開揚市景及山景，原用於收租，直至今年3月下旬以5,200萬元放賣，放盤短短逾1個月，剛即連車位降至4,750萬元沽出，呎價36,538元，屬該屋苑約3年呎價新高。
據了解，陳維安夫婦早於2000年斥1,130萬元入市，持貨近22年帳面獲利3,620萬元，升值3.2倍。
消息人士續透露，陳維安或相關人士現時手頭不乏其他貴重物業，例如南區深水灣道48號文禮苑一個雙號屋，實用面積3,206平方呎，早年以近2,800萬元購入，市場估計單位現市值已升至約2億元，惟單位未於市場放售。
位於白建時道33號的嘉雲臺，由8座組成，提供440伙，屬區內知名豪宅之一，屋苑不乏名人業主，如導演谷德昭胞姊兼電影人谷薇麗近2年前擲4,100萬元購入屋苑7座低層B室一個3房戶。

The source continued to disclose that Kenneth Chen Wei-on or related parties are currently in possession of other valuable properties, such as a double-sized house in Manderly Garden, No. 48 Deep Water Bay Road, Southern District, with a usable area of 3,206 square feet. It was purchased for nearly $28 million in the early years. It has risen to about $200 million, but the unit has not been released in the market.
Located at No. 33 Perkins Road, Cavendish Heights consists of 8 blocks and provides 440 units. It is one of the well-known luxury residential units in the area. There are many famous owners in the estate, such as director Vincent Kok Tak Chiu’s sister and filmmaker KUK MEI LAI LINDA purchased a 3-bedroom unit in the lower floor B unit of Block 7 about 2 years ago.
