4月份疫情開始穩定,睇樓活動轉趨活躍,成交量亦見有增長。港島豪宅屋苑錄得大額成交,惟有業主仍要平手離場。
西半山寶翠園5座高層F室,面積1110方呎,3房套間隔享海景,以3268萬易手,呎價29441元。原業主持貨4年帳賺168萬或5%,料扣除雜費平手離場。跑馬地意廬小築高層2室,面積798方呎,以1240萬易手,呎價15539元。
東半山騰黃閣低層B室,面積1882方呎,3房1套加工人房連廁間隔,去年12月叫價3500萬放盤,近日無議價沽出,呎價18592元,屬市價。大坑柏園中層A室,面積1132方呎,成交價2750萬,呎價24293元,屬市價。原業主持貨33年帳賺2488萬或9.5倍。
