疫情緩和，港島傳統豪宅區連錄大額成交。市場消息指，山頂HAKING MANSIONS頂層A及B室相連戶，面積各1611方呎，合共3222方呎，以2.1億連4車位沽出，呎價65177元。HAKING MANSIONS由黃克競家族發展，其後拆售，家族成員仍持有部分單位。資料顯示，是次售出的單位屬一手物業，由黃克競之子黃允炤持有，至於黃克競為香港中華廠商聯合會前會長，有「光學儀器大王」之稱。
大潭陽明山莊3座中層25室，面積1001方呎，以2900萬沽出，呎價28971元。原業主於2008年以1570萬購入，持貨14年，帳賺1330萬，物業升值84.7%。
北角半山富豪閣3座中層B室，面積723方呎，3房間隔，望開揚內園景，以1240萬連車位易手，呎價17151元。買家鍾情物業已完成翻新工程，加上單位附有露台及對流窗，空氣流通，故購入自用。原業主持貨15年，帳面獲利770萬或逾1.6倍。
