西半山寶翠園再現蝕讓，為屋苑罕有不足2個月第2度錄得損手交易。據消息指出，寶翠園5座高層F室，實用面積1,110平方呎，3房間隔，剛以3,268萬元沽出，呎價29,441元。原業主2018年以3,100萬元購入，約4個月前起以3,600萬元放售，最終累減332萬元或9.2%沽出，離場帳面升值168萬元或5.4%，扣除使費卻虧損約27萬元。
同屋苑2座高層A室，實用面積670平方呎，2房間隔，今年2月以1,628萬元賣出，原業主2019年2月斥1,633萬元買入，帳面亦貶值5萬元，扣除釐印費等支出，估計實蝕近100萬元。
