本月東半山及跑馬地區錄得約30宗買賣成交，並包括多宗逾3000萬的大額買賣。跑馬地紀雲峰中層B室，面積1451方呎，3房間隔，以約3738萬易手，呎價約25762元，屬市價成交。原業主2010年以3114萬買入上述單位，持貨12年賺624萬，物業升值逾兩成。
慧景園呎價27879元
至於跑馬地慧景園3座低層戶，面積約1193方呎，亦以3326萬獲承接，呎價約為27879元，屬市價成交。原業主2010年1900萬買入，持貨12年賺1426萬，物業升值逾75%。
東半山嘉苑B座高層1室，面積約1411方呎，以約3100萬成交，呎價約為21970元，屬市價成交。原業主1996年980萬買入，持貨26年賺2120萬，物業升值逾2.1倍。
