Borrett Road luxury homes challenge a new high of $100,000 per square foot

本港超級豪宅「疫」市仍受追捧，長實執行董事趙國雄接受訪問表示，旗下中半山21 BORRETT ROAD第1期，2月開售以來速沽20伙，平均每伙逾2.2億，成歷來銷售速度最快的「億元」豪宅新盤；將加強吸納連購2伙的大手客，並預計標準戶呎價可望突破10萬大關，再創新高。此外，展望第4季，年底前有機會雙盤齊發，元朗洪水橋LYOS可望下月開盤，提供341伙。矚目的黃竹坑站3期已申請預售，提供1200伙，有機會年底前應市。

The "epidemic" market for super luxury homes in Hong Kong is still sought after.
