Borrett Road luxury homes challenge a new high of $100,000 per square foot
本港超級豪宅「疫」市仍受追捧,長實執行董事趙國雄接受訪問表示,旗下中半山21 BORRETT ROAD第1期,2月開售以來速沽20伙,平均每伙逾2.2億,成歷來銷售速度最快的「億元」豪宅新盤;將加強吸納連購2伙的大手客,並預計標準戶呎價可望突破10萬大關,再創新高。此外,展望第4季,年底前有機會雙盤齊發,元朗洪水橋LYOS可望下月開盤,提供341伙。矚目的黃竹坑站3期已申請預售,提供1200伙,有機會年底前應市。
The "epidemic" market for super luxury homes in Hong Kong is still sought after.
