內地客蝕讓200萬沽南灣特色戶

區內代理指出，8座連天台單位，原業主為內地客，約於2年前透過公司股權轉讓模式購入，當時造價約5600萬元，雖然不用支付大額厘印費，但是次交易帳面已蝕讓200萬元，若連代理佣金等支出，估計蝕讓逾300萬元離場。據悉，新接手買家同樣以公司股權轉讓模式進行交易。
據了解，鴨脷洲本月暫錄3宗二手買賣，其中，南灣8座中層B室銀主盤，月初以2188萬元售出，呎價20798元，低市價2.8%。不過，市場消息透露，買家撻訂離場，而銀行亦重新以2500萬元放盤。
