    據了解,鴨脷洲本月暫錄3宗二手買賣,其中,南灣8座中層B室銀主盤,月初以2188萬元售出,呎價20798元,低市價2.8%。不過,市場消息透露,買家撻訂離場,而銀行亦重新以2500萬元放盤。
