事實上，項目日前才錄大額租賃，A2座頂層特色單位，實用面積約3,555平方呎，連約1,375平方呎天台及約325平方呎平台，4房間隔，連2個車位以每月75萬元租出，呎租約211元，刷新全港分層住宅呎租紀錄。
