貝沙灣6期1座高層B室，實用面積459平方呎，建築面積595平方呎，1房間隔，坐享全海景。業主以1230萬元將單位易手，折合平均實用呎價26797元。
原業主於2014年4月以860萬元買入單位，持貨8年，帳面獲利370萬元，單位升值43%。
