潘蘇通深水灣道大宅傳逾30億元洽購 持貨公司今日現董事調動

高銀金融主席潘蘇通旗下何文田傲玟早前被指超支及未證明財力足以應付,潘蘇通用來持有南區深水灣道75號洋房的PROPWAY LIMITED,今日遞交更改公司秘書及董事通知書,市傳曾傳出獲33億至36億元洽購。而高銀金融發言人則指,此乃個別股東私人事宜,本集團不作評論。
深水灣道75號洋房,在2017年潘蘇通透過買賣公司形式購入,當時有指作價約25億元,現時PROPWAY LIMITED名下董事,除了潘蘇通外,還有李斯琴、鄭菲以及另一間法人團體CELESTIAL ANCHOR LIMITED。
而公司註冊處資料顯示,該公司今日交更改公司秘書及董事通知書、公司秘書及董事辭職通知書及註冊辦事處地址更改通知書等文件。由於早前市場曾傳出該物業以獲33億至36億元洽購,不排除今次正式轉讓物業。
