麥玲玲1680萬買寶馬山花園

資料顯示,麥玲玲對港島東的樓相對具信心,早年以770萬購入西灣河嘉亨灣2座低層G室,實用面積498平方呎,屬於2房間隔,2021年以1088萬元易手,帳面大賺318萬元離場。其次,麥玲玲於2019年以約4225.6萬元,購入北角柏蔚山一個4房大單位,呎價41226元。
