Owners accept losses of about $5.5 million and sell their property
The fifth wave of the epidemic has continued to heat up, and the mentality of small business owners has become weaker, and some owners who are urgently cashing out even accept losses and sell their properties. The original asking price was $22 million, but it was finally sold for $19.9 million, and the online estimate was $20.02 million with the bank, belongs to the market price level.
According to the data, the original owner spent about $24.2 million to purchase the unit in early 2018, and the book lost $4.3 million this time. The loss is about $5.5 million including stamp duty and commission etc to leave the market.
