中價豪宅市場仍然有價有市，新近北角半山錄得一宗勁賺成交個案，新近售出為北角半山天后廟道康德大廈中層1室，單位建築面積為1,400平方呎，實用面積1,116平方呎，3房間隔，座向北面開揚景，剛以1,400萬元易手，實用面積呎價12,545元，屬市價水平。
據悉，新買家為區外換樓客。原業主早於2002年6月僅以210萬元低價購入上址自住，持貨20年至今沽出，賬面勁賺1190萬，單位期內大幅升值逾5.6倍。

It is reported that the new buyers are out-of-area changers. As early as June 2002, the original owner purchased the above-mentioned address at a low price of $2.1 million and held it for 20 years. The book made a strong profit of $11.9 million, and the unit appreciated by more than 5.6 times during the period.
