中價豪宅市場仍然有價有市,新近北角半山錄得一宗勁賺成交個案,新近售出為北角半山天后廟道康德大廈中層1室,單位建築面積為1,400平方呎,實用面積1,116平方呎,3房間隔,座向北面開揚景,剛以1,400萬元易手,實用面積呎價12,545元,屬市價水平。
據悉,新買家為區外換樓客。原業主早於2002年6月僅以210萬元低價購入上址自住,持貨20年至今沽出,賬面勁賺1190萬,單位期內大幅升值逾5.6倍。
