陽明山莊4房戶7,100萬沽 單位疫市升值約62%

第五波疫情嚴峻，但優質超級豪宅仍備受追捧，大潭陽明山莊12座低層71室，於2月中旬以7,100萬元成交，單位以4房間隔，實用面積2,308平方呎，呎價約30,763元。據悉，原業主原叫價7,800萬元，後降價約9%至7,100萬元，成功售出單位。翻查資料，單位原業主於2011年2月，以4,380萬元購入單位，至今持貨11年，轉手賺約2,720萬元，約62%。對比上一次轉手，單位第一手業主於1997年，以3,887萬元入市，持貨14年後轉手，僅賺493萬元，約12.7%。
從單位照片可見，內裡保養得宜，以簡約、典雅裝修，並加入歐式傢俬，長型飯桌，配合吊燈，突顯豪宅氣派。
