優質單位成為買家入市目標，新近錄得北角珊瑚閣成交，單位為A座低層04室，實用面積1,173平方呎，3房(1套) 連工人房間隔，座向北面，享全海景，原開價2,700萬元，放盤1個月，大減120萬元或4.4%，最終以2,580萬元連1個車位成交，實用面積呎價21,995元。
據了解，原業主於2009年1月購入上址連車位，當時作價800萬元，持貨近13年至今沽出，賬面獲利1,780萬元，單位期內升值2.2倍。
