    北角珊瑚閣三房套連車位2580萬成交 勁減120萬

    優質單位成為買家入市目標,新近錄得北角珊瑚閣成交,單位為A座低層04室,實用面積1,173平方呎,3房(1套) 連工人房間隔,座向北面,享全海景,原開價2,700萬元,放盤1個月,大減120萬元或4.4%,最終以2,580萬元連1個車位成交,實用面積呎價21,995元。
    據了解,原業主於2009年1月購入上址連車位,當時作價800萬元,持貨近13年至今沽出,賬面獲利1,780萬元,單位期內升值2.2倍。
