瓊峰臺3房套2080萬沽出 造價重回2018年水平

西半山瓊峰臺最新有中層B室沽出，為該廈本月首宗成交。單位實用面積約1,058平方呎，採3房套連工人套房間隔，外望開揚景觀，日前以2,080萬沽出，實用呎價約19,660元。2018年屋苑同類低層單位成交價為2,100萬，是次造價回到2018年水平。
據悉，原業主於2004年8月，以約580萬元購入上述單位，持貨約18年，現轉手帳面獲利約1,500萬，升值約2.6倍。何氏又指，該廈現有約2個放盤，叫價由3,300萬起。
