    碧瑤灣日前有30座高層戶沽出,單位實用面積2,119平方呎,採4房套間隔及工人套房,向南,坐享全海景。業主叫價4,600萬,最終減50萬至4,550萬連車位易手,實用呎價21,472元。買家屬於用家,鍾情單位廳大房大,附有雅緻裝修,因而決定入市。
    據悉,原業主於2006年以1,500萬連車位買入單位,持貨16年,帳面獲利3,050萬,升值超過2倍。

The buyer likes the large room and the elegant decoration, so he decides to enter the market.
    It is reported that the original owner bought the unit with $15 million parking spaces in 2006 and held the unit for 16 years, earning a book profit of $30.5 million, an appreciation of more than 2 times.
