    百老滙電器家族成員5980萬沽鴨脷洲南灣 轉手賺逾千萬
    Broadway Electric family members sell Larvotto unit in Ap Lei Chau for $59.8 million earn more than $10 million

    第五波疫情肆虐,令樓市交投轉淡,但仍有本地知名老牌家族沽出旗下豪宅。據資料顯示,鴨脷洲南灣2座低層A室,實用1836平方呎,屬於2房2套間隔,上月以5980萬元連1個車位沽出,呎價約32571元。
    資料亦顯示,百老滙電器家族「太子女」李惠貞於2010年至2011年間,合共斥資約4758萬元買入該單位連車位,持貨至今,現轉手帳面獲利1222萬元或逾25%。
    值得一提的是,百老滙電器家族成員近期亦接連入市區內新盤,如去年曾斥資約4億元,大手購入黃竹坑站上蓋新盤港島南岸1期晉環8個單位,及2期揚海7伙。
