豪宅市場連錄特色戶成交，鴨脷洲南灣9座頂層連天台戶，原裝3房間隔，1628方呎，連1266方呎天台，望海景，並連雙車位，以6580萬售出，呎價約40418元。據了解，原業主於2011年6月以6010萬購入，帳面獲利570萬，升值約9.5%。
