「渣打一姐」禤惠儀 無懼疫市5380萬購淺水灣豪宅
"Standard Chartered First Sister" Huen Wai Yi Mary buys a luxury house in Repulse Bay for $53.8 million without fear of the epidemic
第5波疫情仍非常嚴峻,確診個案持續創新高,但無阻實力買家入市意慾。土地註冊處資料顯示,淺水灣豪宅麗景園11座高層20室,實用面積1513平方呎,屬於3房間隔,上月連車位以5380萬元易手,呎價35558元,登記買家為有「渣打一姐」之稱、身兼渣打銀行區域行政總裁(香港、台灣及澳門)及渣打香港行政總裁的禤惠儀(Mary)及相關人士。
資料顯示禤惠儀是次入市,需付樓價15%雙倍印花稅DSD,即涉807萬元。原業主於2009年以2350萬元購入單位,持貨約13年,帳面獲利3030萬元,升幅1.3倍。

The registered buyer was known as "the first sister of Standard Chartered", who is also the head of Standard Chartered Bank (Taiwan and Macau) and the chief executive of Standard Chartered Hong Kong, Huen Wai Yi Mary and related persons.
According to the data, Huen Wai Yi is required to pay the double stamp duty of 15% of the payment price , that is, $8.07 million of tax is involved. The original owner of the unit purchased it in 2009 for $23.5 million and held it for about 13 years, with a face income of $303 million, an increase of 1.3 times.
