原業主為有「的士邦」之的鄭子邦，據指其家族擁有逾百部的士，身家逾億，故被封為「的士邦」，早前更與電視藝人姚子羚傳出戀情，惟最終未能修成正果。資料顯示，鄭子邦早於2014年以約1344萬元購入單位，持貨8年帳面獲利656萬元。
資料顯示，浚峯由恒基地產發展，一共提供134個單位，2016年才入伙，屬於區內半新盤。區內代理透露，鄭子邦與好友關智斌一起入市，關智斌目前仍持有毗鄰的單位。
