山頂文輝道地王獲批圖則 將建4洋房及1幢分層住宅
The approved plan of Mansfield Road, The Peak, will build 4 houses and 1 tiered residence
據屋宇署在去年12月所批出的15份圖則,當中較觸目的項目是由九倉等組成的財團於去年以72.5億元投得的山頂文輝道地王項目。項目最新獲批興建4幢4層高的洋房,及1幢12層高的分層住宅,另設2層地庫,涉及總樓面約14.49萬平方呎。
值得一提的是,上述的山頂文輝道9及11號地皮於去年2月由九倉夥拍信置主席黃志祥家族、中渝置地主席張松橋、「大劉」劉鑾雄妻「甘比」及胞弟劉鑾鴻投得,每呎樓面地價約5萬元,創下全港住宅官地呎價新高紀錄。
According to the 15 plans approved by the Buildings Department in December last year, one of the more striking projects was the project on the Peak Mansfield Road, which was won by a consortium consisting of Wharf and others for $7.25 billion last year. The project has recently been approved to build 4 bungalows with 4 storeys, and a 12-storey strata residential building, with a 2-storey basement, involving a total floor area of about 144,900 square feet.
It is worth mentioning that the above-mentioned sites at 9 and 11 Mansfield Road, The Peak were acquired by Wharf Partners in February last year with the family of Mr. Robert Ng, Chairman of Sino Land, Mr. Cheung Chung Kiu, Chairman of CC Land, "Big Lau" Lau Luen-hung's wife "Gambi" and his compatriots, and the land price per square foot was about $50,000, setting a new record for the price per square foot of residential official land in Hong Kong.
