黃竹坑深灣9號最新有8座高層B室售出，單位實用面積1,268平方呎，設3房1套及工人套房，以4,820萬沽出，呎價約38,013元。
據了解，原業主於2011年10月中，以3,284.2萬買入單位，現轉手帳面賺約1,535.8萬，升值約46.8%。
Marinella has recently sold Tower 8 high floor B units. The unit has a saleable area of 1,268 square feet, including 3 bedrooms, 1 suite and a workers suite. It was sold for $48.2 million, or about @38,013 per square foot.
It is understood that the original owner bought the unit at a price of 32.842 million in mid-October 2011, and now it has changed hands and earned about 15.358 million, an appreciation of about 46.8%.
