即使處於傳統樓市淡季，豪宅市場交投氣氛不錯，市場消息透露，山頂紅梅閣雙號屋，實用面積約2903平方呎，以約2.16億元易手，呎價約74405元。據了解，原業主於2020年以1.8億元以公司名義購入，是次亦以買賣公司形式售出，帳面獲利約3600萬元。
