21 BORRETT ROAD launches 1 more unit and tenders on 31st of this month

豪宅新盤有價有市，長實發展西半山超級豪宅21 BORRETT ROAD第1期，再推出17樓3號單位招標，單位實用面積2,193平方呎，4房間隔，單位招標期由1月31日至2月18日，採每日招標及截標。
據21 BORRETT ROAD第1期成交記錄冊顯示，項目至今售出29伙，發展商套現近60億元。
