西營盤星鑽高層E室，單位實用面積約630平方呎，兩房套間隔，外望海景。單位近日以1,838萬元沽出，折合實用面積呎價約29,175元。
據悉，原業主於2016年3月，以約1,498.6萬元購入上述單位，持貨約6年，現轉手帳面獲利約339.4萬元，物業升值約23%。

It is reported that the original owner purchased the above-mentioned unit in March 2016 for about $14.986 million and held the goods for about 6 years. The book profit is now about $3.394 million, and the property value has appreciated by about 23%.
