揚海特色戶以逾1.38億售 呎價達75216元
The characteristic household in La Marina sold for more than $138 million, at a price of $75,216 per sq. ft.
嘉里、信置及港鐵合作的黃竹坑港島南岸揚海，日前招標售出頂層特色戶，該單位為1A座32樓A單位，實用面積1,848平方呎，設305平方呎平台以及1,371平方呎天台，屬4房雙套連雙儲物室設計，成交價約1.38億元，呎價75,216元，創下成交及呎價新高。
項目設29伙特色單位，其中頂層特色單位只有11伙，單位面積由951平方呎至1,901平方呎，全部單位均附設天台。
Kerry, Sino and MTR cooperate with La Marina on the south coast of Hong Kong Island in Wong Chuk Hang, and recently sold the top-floor characteristic unit by tender. The unit is Unit A on the 32nd floor of Block 1A, with a usable area of 1,848 square feet, a platform of 305 square feet and 1,371 square feet. It is a 4-bedroom, double-suite with double storage room design. The transaction price is about $138 million, or $75,216 per square foot, setting a new record for transaction and square foot price.
There are 29 characteristic units in the project, of which there are only 11 characteristic units on the top floor, with unit sizes ranging from 951 square feet to 1,901 square feet, and all units are equipped with rooftops.
