筲箕灣香島2座低層D室新近租出，單位實用面積約695平方呎，2房連儲物室間隔，外望柏架山景，以2.35萬元租出，實用呎租約33.8元。據悉，業主於2017年3月，以約1,295.3萬購入上述單位，現租出可享租金回報率約2.2厘。
上述為屋苑本月首宗租賃，現時有約20個單位放租，叫租由2.1萬元起。
