買家入市心態強勁，港島區逾千呎優質單位持續錄得成交。新近錄得北角瓊峰園成交，單位為A座低層01室，實用面積1,313平方呎，3房間隔，座向北面，外望景觀開揚，獲區外換樓客以約2,670萬元承接，實用面積呎價20,335元，屬市價水平。
據了解，原業主早於1995年3月以751萬元購入上述單位自住，持貨近27年至今轉手，賬面獲利1,919萬元，單位期內升值近2.6倍。
