跑馬地雲地利台A座低層1室新近租出，單位實用面積1,185平方呎，設3房套及工人套房，望開揚馬場景，以6萬元租出，實用呎租約50.6元。
據了解，業主於2011年以2,070萬買入單位，持貨11年，租金回報3.5厘。

The first room on the lower floor of Block A, Ventris Place, Happy Valley, was recently rented out. The unit has a usable area of 1,185 square feet. It is a 3-bedroom with a workers suite. The rent is about $50.6 per square foot.
It is understood that the owner bought the unit for $20.7 million in 2011 and held it for 11 years, with a rental return of 3.5%.
