豪宅及特色單位各有買家追捧，發展商積極加推；西半山大學閣及Caine Hill昨上載銷售安排，分別招標發售項目2及4伙。
華懋發展位於西半山的大學閣，昨上載新銷售安排，於周四（20日）以招標形式推售2伙，分別為1座3樓A及1座3樓B室，面積均為1584方呎，同屬3房3套間隔，設有私人升降機大堂。招標期由1月20日至1月31日，期間每日招標及截標。
該盤上周以6950萬連車位售出1座6樓B室，1584方呎，採4房2套間隔，呎價43876元。該盤累售6伙，共套現逾6.72億。大學閣由3座物業組成，提供75伙。現時分批推出的1座，涉及25伙，面積1584至3147方呎。
另一方面，恒基發展西半山新盤Caine Hill，昨亦公布新銷售安排，推出4伙招標，為項目3樓C、E、F及G室，均為連平台特色戶，面積169至240方呎，連18至101方呎不等的平台；其中面積最大為E室，240方呎，連101方呎平台，屬1房戶型；最細則為F室，169方呎，連18方呎平台，屬開放式單位。招標期將於本周五（21日）開始。
項目昨以招標形式售出一伙，為3樓H室特色戶，240方呎，1房間隔，連227方呎平台，成交價848萬，呎價約35333元。項目位於堅道73號，屬單幢住宅，提供187伙，面積169至446方呎。預計關鍵日期為2023年3月31日。
