另一宗為寶馬臺頂層連平台特色戶,實用面積1,399平方呎,連約1,026平方呎平台,3房套間隔,望開揚海景。業主以3,038萬連車位易手,實用呎價21,716元。原業主於2018年3月以2,590萬連車位買入單位,持貨近4年,帳面獲利448萬,升值17%。另一成交為瓊峰園A座低層1室,由2,800萬減至2,670萬連車位成交。
