CAINE HILL in Sheung Wan hits a record high of $36,255 per square foot
恒地發展上環新盤CAINE HILL，今日錄呎價新高成交。成交單位為3樓A室，實用面積251平方呎，連276平方呎平台，屬1房間隔，以910萬元售出，成交呎價36255元，創項目呎價新高。項目累售84伙，佔可發售單位84%，套現逾6.38億元。
Henderson Land Development’s new project CAINE HILL in Sheung Wan recorded a new high transaction price per square foot today. The transaction unit is Room A on the 3rd floor, with a usable area of 251 square feet and a platform of 276 square feet. It is a one-bedroom partition. It was sold for $9.1 million, and the transaction price per square foot was $36,255, a new high for the project. The project has sold 84 units, accounting for 84% of the units available for sale, and cashed out more than $638 million.
