另外，袁天凡等當年亦以400萬元售出一個車位，帳面獲利62萬元。若連同單位計共獲利1302.4萬元。

The two bought the unit in 2016 for $37.096 million, held the goods for more than 5 years, and made a book profit of $12.04 million . The value increased by approximately 33% during the period.
In addition, Yuen Tin Fan and others also sold a parking space for $4 million that year, and booked a profit of $620,000. If combined with the unit, a total profit of $13.024 million.
