SEA Group launches two new luxury homes during the year
多個豪宅新盤部署推售，爪哇營業部總經理陳愷鑫表示，集團今年將率先推售南區壽臣山道東1號，項目屬現樓，共涉20座洋房，即將發售其中5伙，包括面積2657方呎的1、2、22及23號，以及2840方呎的21號屋。因應部分內地買家現時無法來港，故該豪宅盤將於農曆新年前準備，過年後再正式推售；現時供準買家預約參觀。項目去年售出3伙，共涉約6.7億。
另外，該集團旗下山頂加列山道59號亦準備今年推售，為1座全幢洋房，面積約7111方呎，最快農曆新年後、即3至4月份安排準買家預約參觀。陳愷鑫續指，展望今年豪宅市道向好，尤其壽臣山一帶正有不少豪宅新盤項目正如火如荼展開，區內交通方便兼配套成熟，短期內豪宅供應仍然稀缺，預計今年豪宅樓價全年可升15%。
