大額豪宅承接力強。據一手銷售資訊網資料，新鴻基地產(00016)旗下西南九龍天璽皇鑽璽79樓C單位，實用面積1,608方呎，連車位售價逾1.3億元，呎價81,300元料創項目新高。
Large-amount luxury homes have strong capacity to undertake. According to the first-hand sales information website, Sun Hung Kai Properties (00016)’s Unit C, 79th Floor, Cullinan, Southwest Kowloon, has a saleable area of 1,608 square feet. The price of property including parking space is more than $130 million, and the price per square foot is expected to set a new high for the project.
