區內代理透露，由資本策略 （00497） 及豐泰地產共同持有的山頂道8號，今年初正式推出市場拆售至今先後售出多個單位，其中項目一個中層全層單位，實用面積4,256平方呎，上月底公司股權轉讓模式售出，涉資約以約4.5億元售出，呎價達10.5萬元，創屋苑呎價新高紀錄。
資料顯示，相關特色單位由KEEN PRAISE LIMITED持有，原本公司董事包括簡士民、周厚文及方文彬等一眾資本策略管理層，而由地產代理提供的公司查冊顯示，上述資本策略管理層，於12月6日全部離任。同日換上新世界主席鄭家純妻子葉美卿（Ip Mei Hing Katherine）擔任董事，反映雙方順利完成相關交易。
資料顯示，鄭家純妻子葉美卿，近期甚活躍於物業市場，早前連購黃竹坑揚海6個單位，涉逾1.25億元。
