據悉，原業主於2000年8月，以約487.5萬元購入上述單位，持貨21年，現轉手帳面獲利約1,112.5萬元，物業升值約2.3倍。
上述為御景臺本月首宗二手成交個案。屋苑現時有約3個單位放售，叫價由1,100萬元起。
