新地司徒拔道18號CENTRAL PEAK II﹙CENTRAL PEAK第2期﹚洋房呎價逾10萬元，再創東半山新高。
CENTRAL PEAK II成交紀錄冊顯示，CENTRAL PEAK II的Bliss Link洋房1號單位，實用面積3,723平方呎，連1,129平方呎花園、767平方呎天台及284平方呎前庭。今日以招標形式售出，成交價3.868億元，實用呎價103,895元，再次打破屋苑所創的東半山呎價新高紀錄。
對上一個新高紀錄同為CENTRAL PEAK II，Bliss Link洋房2號今年10月以3.525億元售出，呎價95,399元，今次較舊紀錄高出約9%。
